Data Transfer Requirements

Required Card Details

Transferring tokenized card details from another payment provider to Transpayrent requires the details listed below from the other payment provider:

  • Token: The other payment provider’s token which the merchant has used to reference the stored card details
  • Card Number: The decrypted card number that the other payment provider stored for associated the token
  • Expiry Month: The expiry month for the decrypted card number
  • Expiry Year: The expiry year for the decrypted card number
  • Series Type: The type of the existing series for which the card details were originally stored by the other payment provider. Normally this value is recurring.
  • Trace ID (TID): The trace identifier provided by the card scheme for the series as detailed below:

    • MasterCard
      Trace ID being the concatenation of the following values:

      • Data element 63 subfield 1 (Financial Network Code) (position 1-3)
      • Data element 63 subfield 2 (Banknet Reference Number) (position 4-9)
      • Data element 15 (Date, Settlement, in MMDD format) (position 10-13), and two spaces; to be used in Data Element 48, Subfield 63.
    • VISA
      Transaction ID from Field 62.2 of the first-in-series or previous-in-series authorization; to be used in Field 125, Usage 2, Dataset ID 03
  • Exemption: The Mastercard exemption that was stored to indicate if the series is fixed-amount or a variable-amount.

    • Fixed series: MPMI value 03
    • Variable series: MPMI value 01

    The value originates from Mastercard Data element 48, Subelement 22, Subfield 1.
    Please note that a Mastercard exemption (not formally an acquirer exemption for SCA) indicates that the transaction is out of scope for SCA.

PCI DSS Compliance

Transpayrent can provide a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) or Attestation of Compliance (AoC) to the other payment provider to ensure PCI DSS compliance.

Security

Exported card details may be encrypted using Transpayrent's Public PGP Key, which has fingerprint: 9443287961927F307501D00B6BEF931A282A0854.

Transpayrent will download the encrypted card details from IP: 80.71.138.180, which may be verified using the domain: office.transpayrent.dk. SFTP access may be provided using Transpayrent’s Public SSH key.
